It was there, amidst the aromas of Southern cooking, that Dana discovered her passion for preparing and sharing food that warms the soul. Though she began her professional journey as a licensed cosmetologist, Dana's culinary calling was undeniable. She started by bringing homemade dishes to her bartending shifts, delighting patrons and igniting a following that would grow with her through various local venues. At Dana’s, the menu is a celebration of comfort and creativity. From smothered pork chops and oxtail to the innovative 'soul rolls'—egg rolls filled with favorites like chicken, mac & cheese, and greens—every item is crafted from scratch using cherished family recipes.
